Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Preorders: Items that are on a pre-order are eligible for return within 30 days of the ship date.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items.

Hyperkin will administer a full refund (not including shipping fee) for an item that has not been tampered with and with unopened packaging.
You are responsible for opening a ticket with our RMA department before sending us an item, otherwise we will not accept the item.
You are responsible for tracking your item once it's sent to us per your delivery service.
If item's packaging is opened, you are obligated to pay a 15% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
